Here i just leave my ideas to improve the Configuration and make it easier.

command to create basic config file.
Split up the Packages options further.
Needs more Validation
Split up functionality into functions
Seperat Toml Values into Classes

Config create a Schema. Functions to validate that schema and after read in to validate the input. Creating the Base Config Class with fitting values.

Schema can be a dict with a key of what you want to validate and then rules like type and fields.

Needs to be validated if this should be self rolled as small Functionality or should i use pydantic for validation and clear classes.
